Return policy

 Items are generally shipped within 2-5 business days from the time of purchase. Custom items may take a few days longer to prepare.  Returns are excepted for a full refund within 10 days after shipment date if there is an error on our side. Please reach out to customer service first (guaranteed 24 hour response time), then you will be instructed on the return process using the Return Slips provided with shipments. If you are not completely satisfied for any other reason within 30 days of shipment, please contact customer service and an exchange, refund, or store credit may be issued.
