A proof will be sent to you within 48 hours with shipment to occur shortly thereafter.
If a mistake is made regarding the personalized information, a replacement of the same item will be sent immediately. A proof will be sent back to the email address from the original request within 24-48 hours from the time of purchase.
Return & Refund Policy
Returns are accepted for a full refund within 10 days after shipment date if there is an error on our side. Please reach out to customer service first (guaranteed 24 hour response time), then you will be instructed on the return process using the Return Slips provided with shipments.
